1. Timeframe for Changing or Canceling an Order
You have 4 hours from the moment you place your order to change (size, quantity, address, design) or cancel it by contacting us via email at [email protected].
After this period, Duroda will decline requests to change or cancel orders as they may have already been processed and packaged. Therefore, customers need to carefully review and double-check all information before placing and paying for an order.
Important Note: You must provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address or undeliverable due to an inaccurate address provided by you.
2. Timeframe for Requesting Returns/Refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return/refund if your order falls into one of the cases where we accept returns/refunds. Any requests submitted to us after 30 days will not be processed.
We recommend opening your package promptly upon receipt and recording a video of the unboxing process. This helps prevent issues if you discover a defect later, ensuring your shopping experience at Duroda remains positive.
3. Cases Where Duroda Accepts Returns/Refunds
We accept returns/refunds for orders with defects caused by us, specifically:
- The actual order you received does not match its description (regarding material, color, print design, etc.).
- The actual order you received does not match the order you placed (wrong design, wrong size, wrong quantity delivered, etc.).
- The order you received has manufacturing or shipping defects (shirt torn, holed, flawed stitching, faded print, peeling print, damp, dirty, etc.).
4. Cases Where Duroda Does Not Accept Returns/Refunds
Below are some cases where we decline returns/refunds, specifically:
- The product has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- The product is damaged (torn, holed, print peeling, etc.) due to improper care by the customer.
- The return/refund request is submitted after 30 days from the date the order was received.
- The customer chose the wrong size or quantity. To avoid this, we recommend customers carefully review the size chart provided with the product before placing an order.
5. Return/Refund Process
Please Note: If your order falls into one of the cases where Duroda accepts returns/refunds, you do not need to return the defective product. Although we do not require the return of defective products, to allow us to accurately verify the defect, please ensure that the photo/video evidence you provide shows the product in unused condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging (if applicable). Therefore, we always encourage customers to record a video when unboxing their order.
The return/refund process includes:
Send an email to our support department at [email protected] with the subject:
Duroda_[Your Order ID]_Defective Order Return/Refund Request.
In the email body, please include:
- Your Order ID
- A description of the condition of the order you received (e.g., "Shirt is torn," "Print is faded," "Wrong size delivered," etc.).
- Accompanying photos/videos that clearly show the described condition. The clearer the evidence, the easier it is for us to accurately verify the defect.
- Your shipping address if you wish to receive a replacement product. Our Duroda support team will review your request and may contact you if more information is needed. Once your request is confirmed as valid, we will respond to your email and proceed with sending a replacement product (if available) or refunding the full value of your order.
6. Refund Processing Time
After confirming a valid request, and if a replacement product is not available, we will proceed to refund the full value of your order using the payment method you used during checkout. We will process your refund request within 24 hours. However, the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7 - 10 business days
- PayPal: 3 - 7 business days
7. Guidance for Lost Orders
In the event your order is lost during shipping, please perform the following checks:
- Security Camera: Check any footage that may have captured the delivery process.
- Mailbox: Check your mailbox to ensure the order wasn't misdelivered.
- Local Post Office: Contact your nearest post office to inquire about the order.
- Neighbors: Ask if the order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor.
If you have completed all these steps and still cannot locate your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, providing the following information:
- Your Order ID
- The exact shipping address you provided when placing the order
- If you have contacted the post office, please provide any confirmation or reference number they gave you.
Upon receiving your email, we will begin working with the shipping carrier. We will then offer one of two solutions (at our discretion):
- Replacement Product: We will resend a new order to you, and you will not incur any additional fees (if the item you ordered is in stock).
- Refund: We will refund the full value of the lost order (if a replacement cannot be sent).
Disclaimer
Duroda is not responsible for undeliverable orders if:
- You provided an incorrect or incomplete address when placing the order (as mentioned in section 1).
- The recipient refused to accept the order. If the order is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting the initial shipping costs.
