Order Processing & Delivery Times

Your delivery process is divided into two main stages to ensure efficiency:

  • Internal Processing Time: After payment is confirmed, we need 1 to 7 days to process and prepare your order. This time may vary depending on the time of purchase (holidays, festive seasons, etc., usually have longer processing times).
  • Shipping Time to Your Address: Once processing is complete, your package will be dispatched. You'll receive an email containing a tracking number for your convenience.

Below are the estimated shipping times:

  • For the United States and European Union (EU): Packages typically arrive within 7 - 12 business days from the shipping date.
  • For Other Countries (International): Estimated shipping time is 10 - 20 business days from the shipping date.

Please note:

  • Total Estimated Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
  • "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please refer to your local holiday calendar for accurate information on factors that may affect delivery times.
  • Customs Procedures: We cannot intervene in customs inspection processes, and this can sometimes cause unexpected delays. We apologize for any inconvenience if this occurs.

Simple Shipping Costs

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all standard delivery orders. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout, helping you easily understand the total cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order's Journey

  • Your Tracking Number: After your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification email with your tracking number. Please allow approximately 48 hours for the tracking information to be fully updated.
